Agribusiness Consulting and Ongoing Support
We believe in setting a strong platform for individual farm consulting from which we can work from. We will work together to create an initial farm operational plan with strong feed and financial plans in the background. Once the platform is set it allows our team to add maximum value to your farm business as our thinking is aligned with the direction you want to take your business. Typically visits are half a day and the frequency of these visits can be matched to your requirements.
Financial Budgeting
In any successful business strong financial control and awareness is important. Tambo uses strong and robust financial templates, which consolidate a farms’ business financials in one report for simple interpretation by any external parties that may be interested. We have feedback from bankers and accountants who believe our farm budgets are of the highest quality.
Crop Rotations and Feed Budgeting
An important part of a profitable and sustainable farm system is a well thought out crop rotation. The crops in that rotation whether they are pastures, herb and clover mixes, winter or summer crops all have a specific purpose to fill feed deficits where required. We can create a physical plan for your individual farm which includes a feed budget, crop rotation plan and how the crop will be utilised.
